XLam produce, design and engineer a new building material, using engineered wood products as the primary structural materia. This can be used as a substitute for steel reinforced concrete, solid section tilt-slab concrete, and steel framing.
challenge
XLam came to us with the challenge of updating the brand to not only present better to potential architects and builders but also to bring the brand closer in line with parent company Hyne Timber. Through a simplification of the colour palette and the introduction of typefaces we were able to bring XLam inline with Hyne Timber whilst fully utilising the XLam graphic device we were able to give it the strength to stand on its own too.
